Day 1 VILANKULOS – BENGUERRA ISLAND

Greetings at Vilankulos airport. Helicopter transfer to the stunning Azura Lodge (8 min).

Check in your beach villa for 7 nights on a full-board basis including drinks and wide range of leisure.

The villas are nestled amidst the indigenous trees and bushes and have been painstakingly created to offer your own private sanctuary where you can feel at one with the environment. You only need take a few steps to the pristine white beach or choose to just lounge around on plump cushions and have your host serve you tea and ice-cold drinks. You can dine on the private deck, or sip a cocktail in the beachside “Sala” as the sun goes down. Lie in the large bath and gaze at the view, or shower beneath the stars.

DAYS 2 TO 7 AZURA LODGE

Enjoy six unforgettable days in Paradise. Do as much or as little as you please in the comfort and privacy of your villa. Discover the paradisiacal islands, sail, go birding, deep sea fishing, whale watching (July to October), scuba dive or snorkel the beautiful pristine reefs of the Bazaruto Archipelago be pampered at the spa.

Benguerra is a sand island which has spectacular moving dunes and a diverse range of habitats for exotic and endemic wildlife. On the land there are freshwater lakes; home to crocodiles, fish and migrant wading birds, the beautiful ‘greater Flamingo’, remnant forests along the dunes and grasslands and swamps which house a variety of bird life and mammals.

After breakfast, a helicopter flight back to Vilankulos and continuation of your journey.
