Day 1 VILANCULOS – TOFO

Meet and greet at Vilankulos airport and transfer to idyllic Tofo beach (approximately 4 hours). Check in at Tofo Mar boutique hotel for 7 nights in a sea view room.

Day TOFO

Tofo is a stunning eight-kilometer stretch of sandy beach located on the southern coast of Mozambique.

Barra and Tofo are also considered to be one the 3 best worldwide diving spots. The waters have a high population of ray Manta. Take the chance to learn or go for fun dives (packages available upon request).

Six beautiful days to enjoy the wonders of the Indian Ocean with 10 fantastic scuba dives. The perfect holiday combination of sensational diving and the exotic Tofo beach life.

During your stay, a half-day guided tour of the capital city of the province of the same name Inhambane and the surroundings is also included. You will see the Portuguese churches and heritage buildings, the jetty were boats depart to Maxixe (where most of the economic activity takes place) before stopping at the market to buy some art craft, fruits or cashew nuts or just have a chat with a friendly Mozambican. You will visit a coconut oil factory as well.

Also on offer: kayaking, stand up paddling, fishing, kite surfing, surfing, free diving, humpback whales watching, dolphins and whale shark (in season), walking the endless beach, bird watching, boarding a dhow to the islands and Inhambane bay or a rubber boat for an exciting ocean safari horse riding, visiting the villages and Inhambane.

In the course of the day, transfer to Vilanculos airport and continuation of your journey.
