Do I pay extra to use Koi Travel?
There is no additional cost to use our local vacation planning services. We work with a variety hotels & resorts and have access to exclusive deals that we can pass on to our clients. When we plan a vacation with our suppliers we get a commission, in most cases we save you money because these travel suppliers have given us better deals. We book all of the major resorts, tours, hotels and more.
For those international itineraries that require custom crafting and significant involvement of our international on-location partners, we do request an intent-to-travel deposit to begin the process. This deposit is applied to the reservations that are made on your behalf.
Where can I find my itinerary once my trip is booked?
Your itinerary as booked by Professional Travel Consultant at Koi Travel onsite office and is available once your request drops on his/her email.
Do You do group travel?
